Meet Your Instructor
Hi! I'm Madisen, and I love a celebration. I'm really into transformation, connection, cappuccinos, flowers, deep conversations and asking "why not?".
My approach is empathetic, yet practical, ensuring that the course work is manageable because what's the point of the course if you won't be able to do it??
I'll take you through the modules that encourage personal reflection without putting pressure on your process.
The unfortunate reality is that more than half of marriages end in divorce.
Don't we all get married and think, "well...not us"? Even though it's so common, divorce isn't talked about openly in most circles.
Divorced. Now What? is a 100% online, self-paced mini course designed to guide you from “I don’t know how I’m going to get through this” to “I’m ready to begin again.”
You don’t need a five-year plan. You just need a starting point — and this is it.
Nine Video Modules
Short, video lessons like One Day at a Time, Clean Slate, and Get Support When You Don’t Know What You Need will guide you through the early days post divorce.
Downloadable PDFs and Worksheets
Fillable PDFs and worksheets accompany each module, helping you put lessons into practice right away to help you build a tailored support system that meets your needs, from identifying emotional to practical support.
At the end of this course you will
Feel more steady, moving forward — one real day at a time with support
Reclaim a sense of control through small, meaningful decisions
Start to welcome new experiences that feel like you again
Course Curriculum
You’re newly divorced and deep in the fog.
The emotions are raw, the future is unclear, and just getting through the day feels like a lot. You’re looking for something gentle and supportive — not overwhelming.
You’re holding everything together for everyone else.
Are you always the “strong one”? This is a space where you get to be supported, too.
You feel alone, even when you’re surrounded by people.
You’re not sure what you need. This course helps you start filling the gaps with real, meaningful support.
The person who’s “fine” on the outside but falling apart quietly.
You're not openly grieving or visibly struggling, but feel exhausted, lost, or low-key hopeless. You're managing and don't feel like you fit in the typical “divorce recovery” narrative.
You're not comfortable asking for help.
You're used to handling things on your own, but don’t know how to receive support — or even identify what you need. This course offers structure without shame.
You’re looking for legal or financial guidance.
This course focuses on emotional support, and daily structure — not divorce law, custody logistics, or money management.
You’re already solidly into your post-divorce chapter.
If you’ve already rebuilt your routines, support system, and identity — this course may feel more reflective vs. a tool.
You’re in crisis that feels unmanageable.
While this course can be deeply supportive, it’s not a substitute for therapy or professional mental health care.
You are looking to reconcile with your spouse.
If someone is still focused on getting back together, this course will not meet their current emotional needs. It’s rooted in accepting where you are now and moving forward.
You're looking for a clinical or therapeutic experience.
This course is thoughtful and practical — but it’s not therapy. We recommend you find a therapist for clinical support.
